The City of Burbank (City) and the
Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority (Authority) execute,
acknowledge and deliver this Notice of Invalidation of Development Agreement to
Security Trust Company, as trustee (Trustee), as provided in
Section 6.2.2 of the Land Title Trust Agreement by and among the City, the
Authority and the Trustee, dated August __, 1999. This document is the
Notice of Invalidation of Development Agreement described in
paragraph B.4 of the Final Order of Condemnation entered ____________, 1999, in
Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority v. Lockheed Corporation, et al, Los
Angeles County, Superior Court, case number BC 155222.
In Witness Whereof, the City has caused its name
to be affixed hereto and this instrument to be executed by the authorized
agents of the City, thereunto duly authorized.
