GRANT DEED

FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, SECURITY TRUST COMPANY, a California corporation (“Grantor”), hereby GRANTS to the BURBANK-GLENDALE-PASADENA AIRPORT AUTHORITY, a public entity formed pursuant to the California Joint Exercise of Powers Act (“Grantee”), the real property in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein (the “Land”), subject to all easements, covenants, conditions, restrictions and encumbrances of record, including, without limitation, that certain Grant of Easements, Declaration of Use Restrictions and Agreement for Trust Property executed by Grantor, Grantee and the City of Burbank, a municipal corporation, as of ____________, 1999, and recorded on ___________, 1999, as Document No. ______________ of Official Records, County of Los Angeles, State of California, and any matters which may be disclosed by an accurate survey of the Land.
